Hi Erich , good morning . I do have 4 issues with the vehicle , yes the car was hit on the left side , but was push to the curb as a result the front right side tire can not keep the air pressure , the car pulls to the right quickly , Not sure about the alignment . Dash sensors : Blind spot system fault , Cross traffic system fault light up The body repairs is a very good job .

Hello guys , sorry but I’m very disappointed in the results , the Vehicle’s had the wrong left side mirror replaced , as a result a couple of sensors came out on the dash “ cross traffic control system fault and Blindspot system fault “ . I took the Lincoln to another shop and ask about the noise coming from the front when I turn the steering wheel , either right or left , II was informed the Electric power rack assembly needed to be replaced , however you told me it was lack of grease ,and last the vehicle’s right front tire hit the curb when it was hit , as a result the tire had an air leak , and when I drove it , the car pulled to the right . I understand that we all have a margin for error for everything we do , but in this case the margin for error a quite a lot . I do have to commend the body damages on the left side , excellent job .

Overall it was a good experience. There was just the annoyance of an old damaged part being reinstalled by mistake, but they were able to quickly fix it with another trip back in 15 min.
