The fact that someone hit my car and caused the damage, was very unsettling for me. The customer service at Erich’s Body Shop was outstanding. They were so patient with me in answering all my questions. Though no one wishes to be involved in an accident, this place is DEFINITELY top-notch. They made my experience pleasant.
