My car exterior was repaired over 2 weeks, unfortunately when the car was returned a computer sensor had been damaged and needed to be taken back for additional repairs over a separate day. I wish that had been noticed before I received my vehicle and had already returned my rental car.

Repair was done satisfactory. However, I had to point out scuff marks on a new replacement part. There were dirty finger prints on the visor of the drivers side, and the gas tank was left completely empty. Whe I got in the car the gas light was on and I barely made it to the gas station. The window washer tak that was replaced was empty so I had to fill it to make sure it worked, so this was not tested at the body shop. I asked for scuff marks to be buffed out on drivers side that I would pay for separately from the accident claim- that was not done.

I’ve been a customer of Erich’s for a lonng time. 4 kids lots of dents and scratches. A couple of substantial accidents including my most recent hitting a deer. Their work is excellent and they do it all the right way.
