The first repair done seemed to be rushed by someone in the back that didn’t care however the follow up repairs were great & faster than expected. The front end was helpful through the whole process and even covered the 2nd bumper replacement that I needed due to the first not being completely correct. Despite the first issues, I overall had a great experience with this shop and will return if I ever need to again.

The front end of the shop was very helpful and kind. I had no issues with them and they helped walk me through the process and decide what was right for my car. The only issue I really had was with whoever repaired my car the first time as that repair seemed like it was sloppily done by someone in the back that didn’t really care and rushed through it however the second repair was great. So all in all, a 10 for the front end personnel & a 6 for the back end due to the first repair therefore averaging at an overall 8.
