Went to Estrella Collision met Terell. He asked me a few questions and took photos on the vehicle damage from hitting a big truck tire in the road. He also took photos on the rest of the car. Filled out the paperwork and gave me a copy. Plus my appointment to bring the car in to the shop. Ask me if I had a rental setup for the time my vehicle is in the shop. I advised Terrell yes, have it setup with Enterprise. Left the shop, Terrell called me for an earlier appointment of 2 weeks. I said, "yes". Drop off my vehicle and Danielle called Enterprise to picked me up. Jason kept me up-to-date on the status and Danielle gave me the good news 17 days later. Pick-up the car and it looked great. My wife was at home and asked me, "who detailed the car"? Estrella Collision did it. Terrell, Danielle and Jason are a fantastic team with customer service and listening skills. This 2015 Chrysler 300 looked like a new vehicle. You put a great smile on my wife's face. Thank you for your great service. Jim

If it was an extra vehicle with no need to have it fixed in a timely manner, and with no need for updates on their readiness to accept the vehicle for repair, then I might refer them to this shop but only after cautioning them about the lack of communication.

The communication on both sides of Estrella collision and Geico insurance was non existent. I never got any updates on the status of the repair of my car for almost a month. They called me to let me know my car was ready and failed to mention I would have to pay $57 for a tire repair upon pick up because my insurance does not cover the whole amount. When we did the walk around of my car I noticed the rim cap was missing on the tire that had to get replaced. Which again, was not ever mentioned to me that they were still waiting on a part. Meaning I will have to go back and take my car in. A couple of hours later a dash light comes on reading service “tire monitor system” the system can’t read my tire pressure from the tire that was repaired. I called and let them know and they said I could bring it in. The next day I go to adjust my seat and to my surprise the handle is not there. It is one thing after another, I am highly dissatisfied and I would not recommend this place, because if I am finding all of these simple and obvious errors imagine the quality of the work on the items I cannot see. It’s unfortunate I cannot post the pictures on here.
