They were able to fix the major and obvious issues. However there were some minor issues that had to be addressed at pick up which needed additional work to be fixed. There are still other minor work that needs to be addressed and is pending resolution.

We only encountered two staff members throughout the process. One was friendly and he attempted to address any concerns we had in a professional manner. The other person just seemed annoyed whenever questions were asked to her about updates or status of the vehicle. Overall, more transparent communication should be involved. There were several times that if more forward communication was present then less questions would have been asked. But being told something will be done and then not followed up within the given timeframe leaves questions for the customer and as a customer if “no follow up” was conducted then staff shouldn’t be irritated when updates are being asked.
