Went in to get the bumper replaced and the hood got completely messed up. They tried to say it was just the paint but I showed them pictures of how it looked when I dropped it off and it had zero cracks Takes zero responsibility.

There is a rattle in the left front and it has a random pull to the right. Also the paperwork said the washer nozzles were changed but they are not spraying and the fluid seems to run out like it was damaged and leaking. I just have had trouble Bringing the van back over to have it all checked.
