I would have given it a 10, however, when my husband went to pick up my car and pay for the service, the cashier very rudely said, "That's not you!" Referring to the picture on the card. First of all, the name on the insurance policy was the same name on the credit card my husband handed to her. Second of all, you don't accuse someone of basically using a stolen credit card, you ask for further identification if in doubt. I'm pretty sure had my husband been a person of caucasian descent, this would not have taken place. Will never use their services again.

Their was some unforeseen issues with my vehicle and insurance witch was not on the auto body shop at all but they took it app on them self’s too call my insurance, get things straightened out and made sure we had a rental vehicle to safely take care of our kids. They were amazing!
