Very quick service! The check-in process was easy. The staff are friendly. There were updates everyday sent automatically and a quote sent same day as drop off. They even washed my car and vacuumed the inside which I super appreciate!

I never give a 10, but my experience was nearly flawless with Euro Collision, Geico itself was far more difficult to deal with during set up and smaller details about the process.

Actually, I Myrlene Jean-Pierre am the owner of this car. I worked with Mariana and she was very professional and comforting at the same time. She was attentive to my concerns and provided me with a realistic time line for the car repairs. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and diligent.
