The repair looks amazing, I can't even tell there was damage or any repainting of the SUV. Car was completed when promised. I will definitely refer everyone I know and highly recommend those I don't bring their cars to your shop.

he mechanical and body repairs were excellent and well-done. However, I was disappointed with an issue regarding my car key, which was returned to me broken. When I addressed this with the representative, they dismissed responsibility, stating it was only placed in a secure box.

I’m extremely grateful that a friend introduced me to Euro Collision. They could not have made me feel more comfortable leaving my car with them. Their receptionist treated me with her attention and respect that seems to be absent in most businesses these days. And then Christen, one of the managers, explained the process to me and helped me get set up with a rental car from Enterprise. She was also very friendly and had the patience of a saint with all my questions. The office was super clean and had water, coffee and a nice waiting area. My Jeep had over 8000 dollars in damage that they repaired. When I picked it up, it looked and drove like it was brand new. Even the inside of the car was cleaned up. This was the second car I brought to Euro Collision. The first car I brought to them was my Mazda Miata with front end damage. Euro was able to match the white pearl paint and make the car look beautiful again. Christen had taken care of me at a different facility in Chicago. When I needed my Jeep repaired, I drove out to their new facility in Rosemont where she was relocated because I knew she would take great care of me. I would recommend Euro Collision to ANYONE looking for a good body shop. They do it right! Remember to ask for Christen.
