I would have rated it at 10, except that there was confusion about the repairs on the left side of the car. I thought I had authorized the work on both sides. Now I will have to bring the car back for the left side work. No one’s fault; just a mix-up.

I had 3 problems. Not having the loaner cae that was promised, not being able to get status from anyone other than Hysein and being in the dark for most of day 9, and when I was shown the final work on my Volvo I said that they had missed a small spot just below the work that was done. Hysein said that that was not included in the estimate. I did not want to argue with him but in my mind if this was missed why didn't someone call me to see if I wanted it done. I should have been given a choice. Also when I got in the car I had an error on the screen that a light was out. At that point, I did not want to deal with Euro Collusion any more and went to my mechanic at Lakeside Automotive to get the light fixed.

I was promised a loaner car. I did not get it because it was promised to someone else. I could not get someone to give me status on my car one day before it was promised The only person was the manager Hasein. Who was out of the office and no one else could help.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Euro collision most likely as the result of a single employee in a critical role who likely didn’t care or was not capable of doing his job. His lack of attention or care cost me a couple thousand extra dollars.

Edger was either severely overworked and not able to provide me quality attention that has cost me money, Or Edger just doesn’t care and is terrible.
