Staff is very attentive, professional and follows an excellent system of communication by constantly sending updates via texts, responding to phone calls rapidly, thoroughly going over the details for the car repairs and restoration. The end result was satisfactory and the treatment to me as a customer was superb.

First of all: customer service is super! Receptionist is very polite, nice and very professional. I got to talk to Mr. Julian Ledesma, he explained all the details to be fixed, very knowledgeable, very professional. Communication is excellent since day one. Best of all: They really exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t believe how nice my car looks now. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EURO COLLISION 100%.

Again, repairs were as if the car was brand new. It is a certified repair shop through Gieco that did its job.

Overall great work by Julian and his team. Carla the receptionist was helpful, kind, and professional. My tires didn't have the proper PSI when they were changed but that might not be part of the repair requirements. That would be my only note regarding my repairs. Took a month plus a day for the repairs which might be standard. This is my first and hopefully last real incident regarding my $10k repairs.

I wasn't happy about the fact that I had to leave my vehicle again after they told me it was ready and you could see where they put bundo on the fender and didn't sand it properly and the holes in the bundo shown through the paint that was applied over the bundo and the signal lights were not placed properly back into the bumper and one was damaged and it didn't make me happy at all

Because there were three things that I wasn't satisfied with which one being the bondo that was put on the vehicle was not properly sanded down but it was as if it was rushed and you could see the imperfections through the paint and the both signal lights on either side of the car was not put in properly and one was cracked
