Actually, I Myrlene Jean-Pierre am the owner of this car. I worked with Mariana and she was very professional and comforting at the same time. She was attentive to my concerns and provided me with a realistic time line for the car repairs. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and diligent. Hopefully, Euro Collision appreciates the staff that they have at the Rogers Park office.

Communication and people were great. But the window is still broken. When we roll up the window, it rolls all the way back down and we have to slowly, gradually roll up enough times for it to stay. Plus there’s a cut on the steering wheel from the damage that wasn’t fixed. Frustrating to have to send this back to you again. Please call me at *** *** ****.

There is a nick in my drivers side mirror that was not there previously, i called almost immediately after picking up my car to report it. i have not had a chance yet to bring my car back in for it to be reviewed and inspected again.

I appreciated the clear, consistent updates on how my car was progressing through the repair process and when it was estimated to be completed. I never felt like I had to guess what was happening with my car. It was also nice that they washed and vacuumed my car once it was worked on!
