Our experience with Euro-Collision was great. The turn-around was quick; the communication excellent & prompt. Mariana was terrific - great demeanor (2 young women at the reception desk, too!). From what we can see, the work looks beautiful. Your coordinating with Enterprise for a rental car made it hassle-free for us. Thank you for a great experience!

This is a one month review and Euro Collision did a fantastic job on fixing the rear. Everything looks brand new and I really appreciate the fact that they cleaned my car. They did finish the repair right on time. I love the professionalism of the front desk and the estimator who as you can tell she has high standards and does her job really well. Her name was Mariana Oltenescu and I highly recommend her because she did an excellent job with taking care of my car.

Repair was excellent and timely and done well but car was returned with substance on non repaired side and was told tree acid stain which could not be buffed out. I said impossible as car was garaged. I then wet it and rubbed it and started to come out and clearly was substance from your garage and when it started to come out I was told to bring car.back on Monday. I got it home and took waster and it rubbed out and clearly was not tree acid and should have been taken care of your company on the spot and it clearly could be removed and was not what I told it was I appreciate I was told I could bring it back on Monday and have it buffed out but clearly should have been taken care of before I was told to pick up car and should have been examined more vlisely and u should not have been told it was something that was going to require a repaint and was my faul Otherwise I could service to be more than satisfying and all involved to be helpful courteous and very professional and would recommend comoany
