Just for first time estimated the car is ready for Friday and at Friday I got two texts that it is ready up to 5:30pm, but when I visited the car was not ready and finally for holidays I pick the car at Monday.

Best auto place hands down!!! I had an accident this past Saturday where my vehicle really took a hit. I took my vehicle in to get it fixed Monday and it was ready by Tuesday. Talk about fast service! I’m always satisfied coming here and I recommend it to all my friends and family. The guys at Euro Collision are all great and really love what they do. Blessed to have found the right people to get me back where I need to be — on the road.

The body work is absolutely beautiful! You all did a great job!!! However this morning I noticed there is something loose underneath the vehicle that causes a rattle when I hit certain lumps on the road or when leaving my driveway. I’m afraid I may need to bring it back.

It took over 30 days to repair the car. I was told the car would be ready by a certain date and it was not. I had to pay a higher out of pocket cost for car due to extended time. The sunroof was a part of the repair and they picked it up brought it back to the shop then said it didn't work and had to take it back. Did they not check it when they picked it up?! More time due to that issue. Very disappointed.

The experience was not a good one. The time it took to get my car went well beyond the planned date. The extension caused me to pay out of pocket costs to keep my rental longer than the allotted time.
