The estimate was scheduled with no problems by my insurance practically right away. When I arrived the woman/inspector at the front was expecting me and gave me an estimate right away of how long it would take to repair. They finished before the estimated time I was given and sent me emails thought out the process letting me know where progress was at. The emailed me and then called me to let me know my car was ready. When I got the there the repairs were done great and they had throughly washed my car. I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience

When I called to ask when my car would be ready - to synchronize with the car rental return which closes before shop closes - I was told I would get a call back with updates. I didn't get a call back..and 15 minutes before the rental closed I returned my car... fortunately, my husband was able to give me a ride home from the rental and I received a call the next day to pick up my car.
