I was charged N additional $500 deductible at the time of pick up on August 6. This amount was already paid by my insurance company and was written out on my receipt. The front desk person that checked me out failed to acknowledge this and charged me anyway. It is now August 18th and I have yet to receive my funds. Funds were sent to my account electronically on August -0th, these funds were withdrawn the next day band no o e can tell me exactly when I will be receiving my returns.

I can't tell what was done. The people I dealt with were great and very cordial. However, the list I was given at Mercedes Benz Germantown was incorrect. I git two or three different versions/corrections and ZI still don't know what was done. So from that perspective I am very dissatisfied.
