Great job. Thank you. If you’re looking for improvement, the one spot would be the lining up the loaner car wasn’t smooth. I was told it was enterprise, enterprise come over to pick me up, but somebody to arrange the rental with Hertz. We got it straightened out, but it took a while. Again though overall a very nice job.

Thanks for a very smooth process. The repair took longer than I expected- that would be my only observation- to be sure and tell customers how long the car will be in the shop once the major parts are received. But, I remain very pleased as I’m sure this is not entirely in your control given long lead times.
