The repair was great and the employees (John specifically were very friendly), but the poor communication and the late return of my car was not ideal.

The employees were polite and helpful; however, my car was not ready on the day when it was supposed to be. I was told over the phone that it would be ready for pick-up the following day and I could come in at my convenience, but it was not ready when I arrived then either. The employees apologized and were very nice, but the experience was frustrating because I needed my car back.
