Love that they cleaned the inside and outside of my car, I wasn’t expecting that!! Great communication with updates via text. I appreciate the texting option as I am often at work and unable to answer a phone call.

I really appreciated the frequent communication and updates from the staff. They kept me in the loop--Liberty Mutual should take notes from Euro Tech for customer service! I was also not expecting them to clean the outside or inside of my car and they did both--what a nice touch!
