I’ve had 2 vehicles there in the last month and both I’ve had to make repairs on them myself because it was easier for me to handle myself than drive 2 hours round trip. This happened to both vehicles I had repaired there

Very satisfied with John’s service and communication throughout the process. However in fairness, my wife’s repairs took almost 3 months. It was pretty inconvenient for us to be that long without a car.

I had enquired about an estimate on a door ding when I was having rear end collision work done. They fixed the door ding but had never provided me with the estimate. The GM said he would call me back that day and I never heard back. Also, there is a drip of paint the edge of the trunk.
