Dropping my car off and having to get picked up by Enterprise both times (pre and post appointment was time consuming). But having to bring my car back and the part replaced again was also time consuming. The mechanic seemed frustrated to even have to deal with fixing my vehicle the last time (removing the after market part and putting on the Toyota branded parts)
