I see paint and and paint sags almost on every panels it was worked on. Tail gate not aligned properly, paint chipped in corners: doesn't look like a job of 17K not happy

Repair looks great! There was a slight rattle found after repair and when I brought the car back the rattle was diagnosed and corrected promptly!

Communication and customer service were top notch. Brian did inform that going through a third party claim with Allstate can be challenging. Although I was made aware I didn’t realize how challenging they would be to deal with. In hindsight I wish I went directly with my own insurance (state farm).

Our Tesla Model Y was repaired in a professional manner. I was able to get a quick tour of the repair/paint shop facility and was impressed with the cleanliness and how the repair shop was organized. As I mentioned that the repairs was done satisfactory and the car was washed and cleaned.
