Timely notifications and scheduling. Very helpful staff with Rental. Easy & quick pickup. Could've used more charge at pickup. Great that one is nearby so maybe staff could point that out. It shows you are specialists.

Everyone at evolve is great! I’ve unfortunately had a few issues with my Tesla over the years, and every single time they’ve been incredible. Espically for this repair, my car was repaired super quick and I really do appreciate that. Along with the quick repairs, I know that getting OEM parts covered by insurance is difficult, espically since I don’t have OEM coverage on my policy, but they worked with my adjuster and got it taken care of, so I had not additional costs of my own in my last 2 repairs, I really do appreciate the work they did there. And lastly every single person at the location is incredible, they’re super helpful, respond quickly, send me updates regularly to keep in the loop, and make working with rental cars super easy, I didn’t have to worry about things about getting and dropping off my rental. Overall I would recommend evolve to anybody that has an issue with a Tesla or EV, this is some of the best customer service I’ve ever had!

The service here is amazing. I get my vehicle back super quickly, espically compared to other Tesla certified dealerships. My friends have told me they wait weeks to sometimes even more than a month for repairs, here it’s so much faster. The staff is also incredible here, very well informed, super friendly and welcoming. I will come here for any Tesla issues from now, because of how good my previous visits have been!
