1- there was a part that was detached in the accident and was shown to your rep and was supposed to get fixed and was never done, and you claimed this wasn’t part of the accident! Which 100% this came off during the impact due to car hitting a tree. You charge the customer for usin credit card, knowing people don't carry $500 or $1000 cash with them. If there is a charge, it should be added to overall work
