They have not achieved the goal set out on repairing my vehicle completely and correctly they take no pride in their workmanship or craft.

Car was not repaired correctly and completely. Paint was mismatch and molding was not put on due to a wrong part being received by Excel. Pinstripes were improperly applied and also the wrong color. Damage on the right side molding was new and happened during the time Excel had possession of my vehicle. Also the interior rug was wet when I picked it up apparently rain had fallen inside and never cleaned or water extracted causing a foul odor inside the car.

They seemed more worried about getting paid and completing my claim and returning my rental than giving me a satisfactory repair and listening to my concerns. They were not at all worried about customer satisfaction or finishing what they were contracted to fix.

Shop did not do good repairs. And when issues were brought up manager refused to talk to me. I called ins but this company is estimator and repair shop. So insurance will agree with the estimator without ever getting a third party opinion on the matter. (They just look at pics on a computer) Never go to a body shop that is also the insurance estimator. You will get screwed with bad work and you can't even get help after they do bad work. You have no recourse. Horrible company and experience.

Excel is a delight! Their communication and professionalism was truly off the chart. They were thorough each step of the way and always made you feel that you were their number one priority. My accident was traumatizing but their service was A+!

There was a lack of communication. The repairs took much longer than they should have
