The Longwood service department is great. They are friendly and professional. The Altamonte location is not. I had a major problem.with their person and called the Longwood place to speak with a manager. She was wonderful..she reassured me that they had my paperwork, the part was being picked up the next day and only kept my car for a little over a week. They kept me updated with texts as to each step along the way. Great people.
