I have been in Jacksonville NC 37 YEARS and over the years I've watched businesses come and go, my 2003 Mustang means a lot to me and finding and using Excel to paint her is one of no the best thing I found in Jacksonville, they repainted her with their years of experience and when I say that I mean years in body and paint work they have been here longer than me, this is their home, they make you feel like your part of the family and treat you as family! Excel went above and beyond with assisting me in an already stressful process with dealing with insurance and making sure my vehicle was properly repaired! The family at excel made me feel like I'm part of the family and communicating with them was amazing! I would definitely recommend Excel to a friend. I’ve had run ins with bad and shady automobile shops. I was shocked and so grateful that it went so smoothly with Excel. Not only did they get the repairs done, they strategized with me and helped me deal with the insurance company who was trying to total my poor little car for no reason. I’m going to use them for everything I can from here on out because it’s hard to find a good mechanic sometimes.
