Yes- Best team ever! Everyone was so nice. They kept me informed the entire repair process. They also kept in contact with the insurance company and rental company for me on updates on how much longer and if anything unpredictable happened that affected the timeline for repairs. They made a stressful event in my life wayyyy less stressful. The repairs look amazing. You can’t even tell I had been rear ended. I recommend them for anyone who is looking for an outstanding body shop and staff. I promise you won’t regret it!

Once again, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and very surprised about how my vehicle looked when I picked it up The car appeared to be brand new. The chrome wheels were scrubbed and look better than when I purchased it.

The team goes beyond just taking the car and doing the repairs. Informed of the various law suits with Hyundai. What they are going to do with the car, ensured we didn’t have anything of value in the trunk. The car was completed as promised and the entire was washed not just the back end. Thank you for taking care of our car like it is yours and teaching us like we are part of the family!

I have known about Excel for years, since around the early 80s. I never needed their services, or my insurance company dictated where/who i used. This situation, Excel happened to be the wrecker in rotation. The wrecker driver (3rd generation from orig. Owner, son of current owner) was quick and professional, and very helpful. He took me and my Jeep Compass back to the shop/office where the family all works together. Everyone was helpful. They allowed me to wait there while my ride came and picked me up. I contacted my insurance company, and told them where my vehicle was, and that i would appreciate being able to have Excel do the work. They agreed, and while it took a bit of time, it was because they were so thorough and because my vehicle was new with only 5000 miles on it, they wanted to make sure it was repaired correctly. They kept me informed through calls and text messages, and my vehicle was returned to me cleaner than when it went in. John was so kind and helpful - really the entire shop was so wonderful. I'm thoroughly pleased. I told John i hoped i never need them again, but if i do, i'll definitely request to use Excel again.

Great customer service and explanation of what needed to be done. They were very timely and if anything changed they updated us as needed. Only drawback from recent repair was they didn’t replace the drivers side housing for the floodlights like we had requested. However, the work completed looks great. Highly recommend them.

What a wonderful feeling to pick up your car and it looks like it has never been damaged... pure magic! When I was leaving I realized they had cleaned my vehicle inside and out! ( They even blacked my tires.) This is a family owned business and it shows. They treated me like one of their favorite cousins! Thanks to all at Excel Body Works!
