Mike is really a nice person to deal with. He has patient and makes the customer comfortable with the situation going on with the damages on my car. I didn't have time to wash my car and when I picked it up the car had a car wash. I really appreciate it and I thank him. I like the shop and appreciate them taking care of my claim. Thank you again.

If they have a check released by their insurance company to them, expect to pay the full amount to Excel Collision. No additional charges had to be paid by Geico. Just the exact amount of the check.

I believe after they found, after talking with Geico, that a check was already given to us, Excel Collision did and charged what was needed to receive the full amount of the check. The final amount came to be the exact amount of the check released by Geico.

The quality of the repair was great. Haven't had a problem with the area since I picked up my car. But one thing I was upset about was that my headlights and Bach light wasn't working well, due to them not plugging the cord back in.
