Excel explained the work that needed to be done, what they might discover once they started, and the process when we dropped the car. They provided regular updates and explained when a part was back ordered - only a day delay. The work was perfect! Like the accident never happened! Trust these guys!! Ruben and his team are the absolute best. He took in my son's 2001 Porsche Boxter to fix significant damage we discovered under the rear bumper after we purchased the car used. Ruben jumped into the project and quickly realized some of the key parts we would need for the repair were no longer made. He sourced some salvage parts and personally drove to Houston on his weekend to pick them up and avoid the high shipping costs. Once they dug into the repair they found significantly more damage than initially observed. In fact they determine the left rear of the car was 3 inches shorter than it should be. But Ruben and his professionals took their time to make it perfect. So while the project did get extended due to the unforeseen damage, Ruben kept us informed and delivered what looks like a brand new car. My son initially bought a project car; now it looks like a brand new Porsche Boxter. I have no regrets using Excel Collision--none better! I will definitely use them again if ever need body work or painting done.

Excel collision center was super communicative throughout the repair process. They provided me updates through text to keep me updated. If I had any questions, they were responsive same day. The person I met there was Michael, and he left a very good impression. He seemed like he takes a lot of pride in his work. He comes off honest and straight forward throughout the entire process. The people at excel are top notch! My car is back to showroom level perfection! They were great with communication and letting me know where they were in the completion/repair process.
