I was very happy with my experience with Excel. The team walked me thru the entire process, always kept me up to date on my status with my vehicle. My car was in the shop for only four days and the vacumed my car and washed it for me. Excellent service.Awesome!!!

The passenger side mirror is loose, the windshield seal was not replaced and has a gap, there’s a noise on the right side when I’m driving my car coming from the right side of the car

Initial impression was that all staff was polite and helpful, made me feel welcome and confident everything would be taken care of. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up, described the work that needed to be done, and provided me an estimated completion date. From the day I left my car with Excel to the time I picked it up, I received updates on the work being done. I felt informed and that my car was in good hands. When I received my car after the repairs its looked brand new. Very clean, the damage was gone, and I felt great about my car again when driving home. I’d absolutely recommend Excel to anyone. They are very attentive and polite. They hear you out on any concerns you might have, easy to work with and understanding and are very knowledgeable.

Given the complex curves in a relatively small area I really would have been happy to just be able to have the tail light functional. Ruben dropped the truck off without us realizing it so it was a surprise when we looked out back and saw her sitting there! When I walked around the truck my thought was you had simply replaced the whole panel—it just LOOKS THAT GOOD!!! When I looked closer I saw a couple of small scraped areas ahead of the repaired area that confirmed it was indeed my fender/panel—which just reinforced my respect for the exceptionally professional work displayed. As close as we have looked we can not see a seam in the paint or the sheet metal! We just can’t say enough about the phenomenal repair work done, THANK YOU ALL!
