At first I wasn’t too confident since I am new to the city, but after talking Ruben he provided me in detail what was going to happen and assured that I felt comfortable and trust his services. After picking up my vehicle he as well informed me of the lifetime warranty my vehicle has with the parts replaced and advised me if anything else I ever needed to not hesitate and go back at any given time. My vehicle was completely repaired and left like néw. My expectations were beyond met and most certainly am more than satisfied with it. Thank you so much.

I was definitely satisfied with my overall experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and was greeted with enthusiasm and the eagerness to make sure my vehicle was repaired to it’s “like new” appearance. I was extremely happy about the fact that the repairs were completed the same day and all within a few hours. I didn’t expect that to happen. Any experience I have had with collision centers in the past has been long and drawn out. So to get a call the same day saying that my car was ready was absolutely refreshing. The repair was so perfect that I couldn’t tell where the original damage was. Excel Collision Center is definitely a business that I will gladly and confidently refer to all of my friends and family.
