I had an incredible experience with Exotic Motors Auto Rebuild Inc.! I chose them specifically because of their Honda certification to rebuild my 2022 Honda CR-V, and they completely exceeded my expectations. Their communication throughout the entire process was amazing (thanks Zoe). I received updates multiple times a week as the car progressed through the different repair stages, which gave me total peace of mind. You can really tell they don't take shortcuts—they strictly use original OEM parts and hold themselves to the highest quality standards. I’m extremely happy with the final result; the car looks and feels brand new again. A special thank you to Shaneel, who went above and beyond to get the car finished and delivered a few days earlier than planned to accommodate my travel schedule. They sent a lot of texts, but they never called us to give an update verbally. It would’ve been nice to have them call us. I did reach out to them once to get more clarification since the text did not cover all of the information that would’ve been helpful to receive.
