I had a really great experience. Ken was wonderful at keeping us updated and answering all of the questions we had, he was also super friendly whenever we called. I appreciate your approach of constant updates and communication in a time when so much seems unknown.

I had called for help once when the insurance company charged me for the rental car because they said they got notice from exotic motors that my car would be done. She went to check with someone in the back but after being on hold for about 5 min, I had to head into the doctors. I never got a call back with an update and had to call back again to request an update on what she found. Just would have been nice to close the loop, but this is a small thing.

My car was recently sideswiped, so I brought it here for an estimate and scheduled the repairs. Not only did they finish the work sooner than expected, but they were also fantastic about keeping me updated on the timeline. As a wonderful bonus, they vacuumed and washed the car, so it felt brand new when I picked it up. I’m incredibly satisfied with the repairs and highly recommend them! All the staff is amazing as well!

When supplemental claims came up, they tackled them proactively and professionally, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Getting a Tesla repaired can be daunting, but Exotic Motors clearly knows what they're doing, and when I got my car back, it was immaculate, inside and out. Great experience working with Shaneel. He was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all of our questions throughout the process. Exotic Motors handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, taking care of the estimates, approvals, and related paperwork, which made the experience much less stressful. Shaneel has a wealth of experience. With just a quick inspection, he was able to identify hidden damage that I would never have noticed on my own. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations—the car came back looking almost brand new, and the paint match is absolutely flawless. Very good communication and updated me often. They fought for me to get me OEM parts when insurance didnt want to pay for it. I had a small scratch on my bumper even though they replaced it, and they said they would fix it for free on good faith.
