Need to make process better. Vehicle sat there a week before they even did anything. Communication was sparse intermittent and inconsistent.

The end result is excellent. It took 5 weeks longer than they said. I was told at the end there were issues with parts but the story changed every call throughout the process. The estimate was 5k less than the final product for three small dents and plastic replacement. The number of choices is very small for EV’s…it’s a racket.
