This is to inform that the company Factory Finish Collition Center located at eb 5821 E Belknap St Halton City TX 76117 delivered the vehicle on May 20, 2022 where my Subaru car was almost 2 months and they delivered it to me incomplete the engine and with scratches on the vehicle . The work done was not satisfactory. I have photos.

My door lock is still lose, and it looks like plastic replacement instead of metal. I had to go three times when I was told my vehicle should have been ready. They over charge for thing it should been already in the price. Job was done very unprofessional. Matt was not very informative about anything. I clearly explain what it need and he try to say languages barrier when we both spoke English. Super unprofessional. The door look just paint not replaced. Alarm was not done until the third I went back. Had my vehicle since the Monday before thanksgiving and just got it back yesterday. I would never recommended that place. He try to hold my key hostage because I was told I didn’t have to paid anything out my pocket. And he was rude about and try to call my insurance. I think I still need my door lock re replace because the the put is still lose and not put on right. I hated that service
