My only complaint, which has nothing to do with my main contact, Monica Padron, is several men in the office were not wearing masks. Please make sure that all the employees set an example for maintaining COVID Protocols by wearing masks at all times while in public areas of the premises.

I have been waiting to have the truck completely fix before my review, I am giving you a 5 because I am satisfied in the paint and body work you did. I am very frustrated with your lack of communication, the truck still needs work to be done and Matt was going to call us on Tuesday when the car loaner was available for us. Today is Friday and we still haven't hear from you.

When we took the truck for the repair they told us that we were going to get updates via email or text we never did, we have to call or physically go to the shop to check on the truck.

Totally satisfied with the workmanship that Factory Finish Collision. This is the second time I taken two vehicles to the facility. Once about 2 years ago they fixed my daughter's car, and just recently they fixed my small car. Great job, they work with giving you the right price for your vehicle. Just ask them to give you two estimates.
