Fairway Auto Body is a member of the Fairway Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru dealership family in Greenville, SC. We are also sponsored by Century BMW, as a BMW Certified Collision Center. Our emphasis is on safe, quality repairs by utilizing the original manufacturers’ repair procedures and parts. Our body shop specializes in Certified Aluminum repairs, which are completed by specially trained technicians for all aluminum F-150s. For commercial vehicles, we repair collision damage on mid-size to large panel vans with our twelve-foot-high paint booth and extra long Car-O-Liner Frame machine. I left a question/concern with the admin person to ask Brad...he was out to lunch. I wondered about the front passenger door handle, which is something I didn't notice prior to leaving my car. It appears that there was a chip on the handle and it was covered with paint. Though consistent with the color of the handle, you can see and feel the chip. I never received any feedback from that. Otherwise, I am pleased.

Everyone was polite, but we feel that the whole process was pieced together with multiple steps going back and forth with the insurance company with that caused significant delays. Had the original exam and estimate been more thorough, it would have saved time.
