Our body shop specializes in Certified Aluminum repairs, which are completed by specially trained technicians for all aluminum F-150s. Scheduling was difficult and communications could be improved pre visit. We got one update mid repair and all other updates we had to call to get. Work done was excellent. Enterprise rental car was smelly, a combo of cigarette, vomit and Lysol. Left the windows down for a week and it smelled up the garage. Might suggest use of another rental company.

While I had a couple issues with my service, I was still very happy with the service & results. My main issue was with the estimated day range I was given with regard to when the work would be done. In the long run this wasn't a big deal, but in the short run it cause my wife & I to scramble for last minute transportation arrangements.

The work done by the body shop was top-notch as always. This is the third time my car has been worked on by your body shop and each time they have done great work. But I wasn't very pleased with the paperwork. I called to check on my car (after a week of it being in the shop) to be told that the insurance company hadn't approved the new estimate. I was told to insurance company (which was not even my insurance but the lady who caused the wreck) to speed up the process. When I called Nationwide I was told they didn't have the new estimate and she would reach out to the body shop to get the estimate. It was disappointing that I had to make that call and get the ball rolling. It will not deter me from using Fairway again or from referring people to you though.

I will never recommend this shop to anyone and will more than likely share my experience with others if they are looking for a body repair shop

The lack of quality is astounding, has taken shop several times to fix defects in the poor quality of workmanship. I will not return nor recommend to anyone that I know
