Our body shop specializes in Certified Aluminum repairs, which are completed by specially trained technicians for all aluminum F-150s. The experience as a whole was not the best… I had to wait a lot longer than I expected and anticipated. I think there could have been better communication, but the manager Andy did a great job overall in making me happy and getting my car back to me. He had it ready like he said he would and even offered to bring it to me. And my car looks great. Not all companies can make an angry customer happy. And they succeeded at just that.

So professional and timely, great communication...would have liked to have had my car cleaned up on the inside a bit more..stuff on dash and back passenger seat...nothing huge...just thought it would have been wiped down better...being picky i guess.
