Our emphasis is on safe, quality repairs by utilizing the original manufacturers’ repair procedures and parts. Our body shop specializes in Certified Aluminum repairs, which are completed by specially trained technicians for all aluminum F-150s. Small dent in tailgate, small hazy spot in refinished paint, broken trailer hitch cover, missing one securing plastic rivet, and bottom of rear bumper was improperly mounted. Sorry! It’s a little laundry list.

Communication was abysmal. Car was promised Wednesday and was actually ready Thursday due to Fairway not scheduling something ahead (fast lane graphics. I called and checked). Felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I called to ask for updates that they promised 4 times to give me.
