Fairway Auto Body is a member of the Fairway Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru dealership family in Greenville, SC. We are also sponsored by Century BMW, as a BMW Certified Collision Center. Our emphasis is on safe, quality repairs by utilizing the original manufacturers’ repair procedures and parts. Our body shop specializes in Certified Aluminum repairs, which are completed by specially trained technicians for all aluminum F-150s. For commercial vehicles, we repair collision damage on mid-size to large panel vans with our twelve-foot-high paint booth and extra long Car-O-Liner Frame machine. I called on Thursday for a status of my vehicle. I was told someone would call me after he got back from lunch. Never did. I called again on Friday and was told that she was just getting ready to call me. Other than that, no problem.

The work was done in an excellent manner -- no problem there. We were disappointed with the notice of the delay in completion, though. The email update system had said it would be ready at 6 pm on 5/10, and when we arrived at 8 am on 5/11, it wasn't ready. Only when we got home did we see the email sent out at 8 am saying it would be ready at 2 pm. Fortunately, it was ready at 9 am, and we were able to wait. Your new update system needs some fine-tuning!

Dropped the car off on Tuesday before Easter with expected completion this Tuesday. Pickup got moved from Tuesday to Tuesday late, to Wednesday, to late Wednesday. Finally got car on Thursday. Had to take car service to work on Wednesday. Appreciate the rental car for Weds night, but not before being inconvenienced.
