Falls Church Auto Body has been providing the region's finest collision repair since 1982. We are conveniently located at 101 W. Jefferson Street in Falls Church, VA. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, otherwise take advantage of our night drop. Just fill out your information on one of our envelopes conveniently located next to the front door (in the gold mailbox) then drop it in our mail slot and let us take care of the rest. If you are in the need of a rental car we can help you by calling Enterprise or Hertz they will pick you up from our shop. Also towing services are available upon request. Here at Falls Church Auto body we stand behind lifetime warranty on all our repairs. We specialize in all types of vehicles but are a Honda, Acura and Tesla certified shop and are direct repair to most Insurance companies.

Much like the last time(with another car) I was 110% satisfied. They went above and beyond touching up other areas so the car wouldn't look stupid! It was also clean! Big plus as I have 3 kids and it is super hard to keep it clean in the winter. Car looks awesome.

I really love these people. 1. The lady who is at the front desk. Picked up the phone and got me a car from enterprise super fast and basically told them what I needed(I was a mess after getting in 3! Accidents with all of my children due to Arlingtons incompetence dealing with snow) she made sure I got a safe 4wd. I would have asked for a cheap one so as not to inconvenience and I would have regretted it. I needed her to take charge. Also usaa had already put in a request and I had been waiting 3 hours already. 2. Billy in ?labor called me and kept me updated frequently. He answered all my questions. He helped take off the bike rack and dispose of it for us. He talked to the insurance co for me regarding the rack and that helped so much. Very nice guy. 3. Richard kept my husband updated via email and was always prompt and available and nice.

This is an excellent body shop. Their work and customer service is excellent.
