The receptionist continued on a personal phone call for several minutes after I'd walked into the shop. After approximately 3-4 minutes of standing in front of her waiting for the conversation to end, she hung up the call and started typing. I just stood there waiting to be greeted. Finally, she looked up as though she was surprised to see me and said, "Oh...can I help you?"
