Jeff Shepard was great. He was responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My frustration comes from the fact that when I came to pick my car up after it being down there for 5 weeks. I noticed on the front there were a ton of rock chips in the paint and hood which were NOT there when I dropped the car off. I am assuming that whoever drove it from the New Hudson Service Location drove behind a semi or through the construction aggressively. I would of thought the collision center would of wanted to touch this up since they already painted my front bumper and side panel and had the paint mix. I also drove through the construction when I dropped my car off and had no issued so I am not sure what that person was doing. I also noticed all of the settings in my car were changed, my back seats at some point must of been put down flat and something super heavy must of been hauled in the back of my car because there are now permanent indents in my leather seats that I cannot get out. I am wondering if my car was used to haul parts back and forth or something because the mileage was a lot higher than when I dropped it off. When I dropped my car off there was about 4,900 miles on it. When I picked it up there was 5,400 miles on it which I can't seem to wrap my head around. I will not be purchasing another car from any Feldman Dealership.

Took way to long to fix car. We brought car in 2 weeks before service for parts to be ordered. Then ended up waiting additional 5 weeks for parts to come. Lack of communication is amazing.

I was told that my car would take 2 weeks to repair. It was 6 full weeks before I got it back. Worse then that, I was treated with so much disrespect. I can't even think of a time when somebody has spoken to me the way the body shop manager spoke to me. In addition they made mistakes and then told me that their employee knows what they were doing and did not make a mistake. Ignoring completely what I said and blamed me instead. They should not be in business.

Once the team actually begun working on my car, the process was a bit quicker. I spent the first 3 weeks calling to get updates with little to no answers. Paul was really helpful (more helpful than anyone) after he returned from OOO and made sure I got my car back as soon as possible! My repair is also slightly uncentered, but it’s not anything work nitpicking.

It would’ve been lower if Paul had not helped me turn my experience around. I’d gotten to run around and short replies most of the time after having my car gone for 4 weeks with minor damage.

The repair itself seems ok. There are a couple small issues that I don’t even know I would want to bring back in. This repair took 2 months primarily waiting on parts. It was only a cracked bumper fascia and a dent in the trunk. The car could have been reassembled. I even requested it at one point and was told it couldn’t be done. This is a very poor policy you have to keep a car that is perfectly drivable for two months waiting on parts. It is unacceptable. I have talked to others that have had major body work repair done at other places and only needed to bring in for the repairs not wait at their lot for months. Your reps just say oh we have had this other car here for 5 months. That is just a ridiculous way to justify a poor policy. They probably get sick of customers complaining about delays. Rep was good about returning my messages, but never had a good estimate on when the parts would arrive.

My lug nuts were damaged, two valve stems were broken, I'm still waiting for my replacement wheel, and my two sets of wheels ended up with 3 of 1 tire and 1 of the other sets' tires.

There is still a problem with the alignment or suspension on my vehicle after the accident. It wasn’t addressed during the initial repair (which took over a month) and Paul was helpful enough to get me an appointment quickly to address the alignment issue. When I showed up for that appointment, no one knew why I was there. Thankfully, they were able to perform an alignment, but the issue persists… the car pulls to the right. Paul told me that any additional fixes beyond the alignment would require another estimate with progressive and presumably a long repair timeframe, depending on what is wrong. Honestly, I can’t go another month without my vehicle, that’s just ridiculous. I wish it had been addressed during the original repair when I still had rental coverage through my insurance. Paul told me that a rental or loaner vehicle is not possible through the dealer/body shop, so I guess I’m just out of options. Pretty dissatisfied.

My truck came back filthy, there are nicks and chips up and down the truck and floorboard, almost two quarts low on oil, broken windshield wiper and no windshield wiper fluid. Communication was very poor. Would take two to three weeks to receive any sort of callback or update.

My repair took 3.5 months. I would try to get update a few days a week. Would take them weeks to return a phone call and updates whenever accurate
