My first impression was how clean and orderly the shop is both inside and outside . The staff was outstanding and the level of professionalism and communication on the status of my vehicle was top notch . Then when I got my truck back and it was fully detailed inside and outside impress me so much that it’s an honor to write this recommendation that I will never or would never go anywhere else in the area to have my vehicle worked on.

SL Collision is top notch! The shop interfaces with your insurance company directly after you file your claim so you don’t have to follow up with the adjuster. Once approved, Your car is in excellent hands with this shop at every stage of the repairs. Plus in my case, they conveyed the phases of the job and anticipated timing up front and stayed in touch while my car was being worked on. This made it possible for me to plan for pickup once the work on the car was done. They met their stated timetable - and I’ve been to other collision shops where that was not always the case. They maintain very high standards in how they keep the shop and the work they perform. I have received this high level of service on more than occasion from SL Collision. I am a repeat customer for these reasons and won’t go anywhere else!

An after hours pick up was arranged by the shop extending trust that I would put payment in the drop box when I picked up the car
