The first week I was given updates . The second week I called several times and left two messages to call me back with a status update. No call back. I asked to speak to a manager I got no answer and left a message. No call back. Thursday called again and told the representative that I left a message for the manager and he never called back. She pages the manager and I told him I had left messages and no call back on stTus. He said he?d check and call me back in five minutes but no call back that day. Called back Friday and finally service answered and told me my car was ready.
