The car was damaged in an accident. It was returned after repairs with a cracked windshield. When we asked about this we were told it was from a chip. There were no chips or cracks in the windshield previously. Essentially we were told to make an additional insurance claim for the same accident. We have taken other cars to Fender Mender before and prefer to support local business, however we will be done giving our business to Fender Mender and we are beyond disappointed in their response.
