From the moment that you walk in to Ferman Collision, you are greeted with a big smile and “Good Morning, How can I help you today”. I spoke to the Service Manager Bill, he was attentive, professional and made me feel very at ease that my issue would be handled promptly and with guaranteed satisfaction. We set up an appointment for drop off and the work on my Grand Cherokee was completed on time with no problems whatsoever. The quality of work done and the professionalism of all the staff is outstanding. I totally recommend this Ferman location for any work needed using OEM parts.
